Alternative Dispute Resolution in seconds.
InstantSettle operates a fast and simple blind bidding platform, which allows parties involved in legal disputes to confidentially exchange blind bids. InstantSettle informs parties if their blind bids overlap, and reveals the midpoint. If the blind bids do not overlap, then everything remains confidential and nothing is revealed to the other side.
Send a bidHow it works
InstantSettle's process is fast and simple.
Get an ADR participation certificate:
- The Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct and Protocols (CPR) can require parties to provide evidence that ADR has been considered.
- A party’s silence in response to an invitation to participate in ADR may be considered unreasonable by the court and can lead to the court ordering that party to pay additional court costs.
- We provide users of our platform with a certificate evidencing that they have considered and commenced an Alternative Dispute Resolution through InstantSettle.
